Сюжет

В основу сюжету міні-серіалу лягла реальна трагедія у Вейко, що сталася навесні 1993 року. Ситуація виникла неочікувано: ФБР запідозрило жителів невеличкого ранчо Маунт-Кармел, де розташовувалася сектантська організація «Гілка Давидова», у незаконному зберіганні зброї і вирішило перевірити обґрунтованість своїх підозр, улаштувавши облаву. Проте сектанти раптом почали відстрілюватися, і перестрілка переросла у неймовірно довгу облогу тривалістю 51 день! Ця трагедія назавжди увійшла в історію як одна з найгучніших невдач ФБР, оскільки під час облоги загинуло 4 федеральні агенти і 82 сектанти, включно з їхнім духовним лідером і трьома дітьми.

Сюжет (англ.)

The tale takes place on the island of New Providence in the Bahamas. This unique place of piracy, theft and outlaws is reigned by the fearsome pirate captain Edward Teach, known as Blackbeard. But a scheme has been designed to throw Blackbeard from his throne. An assassin, Tom Lowe, is sent with the task to execute the pirate leader. However, as Lowe moves closer towards Blackbeard, he starts to admire his ideas and involvement in the rogue society. And of course, Lowe will not be Blackbeard's only enemy.

Three Rivers is about the lives of organ donors, the doctors, and recipients of the organs at Three Rivers, a preeminent transplant hospital in Pittsburgh.
