Щоб піти від прямолінійності і монотонності розповіді, класичної для багатьох фільмів про нашестя велетенських чудовиськ, була здійснена спроба урізноманітнити сюжет завдяки змішуванню жанрів. І нехай вона і не справила повноцінного ефекту, але, принаймні, зробила перегляд більш захоплюючим і подарувала незвичайну і в чомусь навіть несподівану кінцівку.Сюжет
