Лі Марвін — американський кіноактор. Став знаменитим завдяки своїм незвичайним даним: високий зріст (188 см), біле волосся, низький «загробний» голос. На початку своєї кінокар'єри зарекомендував себе як актор другого плану, йому переважно діставалися ролі лиходіїв, солдатів та різних «похмурих хлопців». Після оскароносної роботи у фільмі «Кет Балу» (1965) Лі Марвіна стали запрошувати на головні ролі, більш героїчні та такі, що викликають співчуття глядачів.
