In 2014, Hung lost his wife in a life-and-death situation filled with disinfectant smell and strange spiritual phenomena beside a burnt wooden spinning top. Twelve years later, he became a pragmatic journalist, always denying spirituality and distancing himself from Khoa – his 12-year-old son who always lives in the world of "virtual friends." The peak of their rift was when Khoa burned all his achievements in protest against his father's indifference, prompting Hung to take his son on a camping trip to mend their relationship. On the journey to the "Village of Happiness," an mysterious accident pushed them into a haunted clinic shrouded in fog. There, while Hung was surrounded by bizarre supernatural phenomena, Khoa gradually fell into the trap of a force seeking to steal his soul. To save his son at the "Hellfire Bridge.
