In 1930s Albania, revolutionary student Kujtimi uses his camera to capture the poverty and oppression under King Zog’s regime. Moved by what he sees, he risks surveillance and persecution to spread progressive communist ideas and rally fellow citizens toward social change.

It is a cine comedy following "The Lady from the town". Olga is getting ready to go to a meeting of the district women activists, where she will relate her own experience in the struggle against conservative concepts. During a warm atmosphere, Olga sings the first lullaby to her newborn nephew: "Once upon a time there was an Olga who posed as a lady.Time passed by and the lady has become one of us, a comrade from the country"

Муйо Бермема їде в Москву перекладачем на з'їзд компартій. На фоні розриву албано-радянських відносин керівництво КПРС займає антиалбанську позицію. Свідком суперечок стає Муйо.Стрічка закінчується як радянські кораблі відпливають з воєнної бази Пошаліман, а албанські моряки спостерігають за цим у повній бойовій готовності.
