Mel Sobel is a shameless philanderer and con artist, who is partners in a successful retail operation known to Southern California TV viewers as The Mattress Guys. Unbeknownst to the Mattress Guy, he is a double for the FBI's most wanted fugitive, the Imam Abdul Muhammed Zaleeka.
