Фільм розповість про відомого письменника Дейвіда Стоуна, який переживає не найкращі часи. Усе змінюється, коли йому раптово телефонує Меєр Ланскі, «єврейський Хрещений батько» організованої злочинності. Мафіозі відійшов від справ і готовий розповісти неймовірну правду про своє минуле як горезвісного боса Корпорації «Вбивство» та Національного злочинного синдикату. Упродовж десятиліть органи влади намагалися вивідати, де Ланскі заховав своє багатство, а це, подейкують, сотні мільйонів доларів.
