Багато років тому молодий аристократ хотів одружитися на знаменитій співачці, але його батько зруйнував шлюб напередодні весілля, вважаючи, що артисточка не підходить майбутньому дипломату. Через декілька років їх тепер уже дорослі діти зустрілися в театрі Буенос Айреса.Донька співачки готова на все, щоб добитися слави матері, а син аристократа готовий на те ж саме, лише б його музика звучала з сцени. Він навіть пішов проти волі батька, що мріяв бачити сина юристом.
Сюжет
