Сюжет

Це історія про Атарі Кобаяші, 12-річного хлопчика, який перебуває під опікою корумпованого мера Кобаяші. Коли за наказом мера усіх домашніх собак міста Мегасакі висилають до величезного сміттєзвалища, Атарі самостійно рушає на мініатюрному турбогвинтовому літаку до Сміттєвого Острову у пошуках свого вірного песика Спотса. Там з допомогою зграї нових друзів – дворняжок він організує грандіозний похід, який вирішить долю й майбутнє всієї Префектури.
