Щоправда, іноді його бос доручає йому сумнівні завдання або зовсім помиляється з ціллю і просить усунути не ту людину. Але що поробиш — робота є робота. Зате в звичайному житті Рей завжди чітко визначає, кому потрібно допомогти, а кого — провчити. У відносинах з дочкою і хворим братом він турботливий і чесний, з найкращим другом – відданий і чуйний, а ось вуличні хулігани, хами та інша нечемна челядь регулярно отримують від Шусміта дохідливі «роз’яснення», де вони були неправі.
