Париж знаходиться під владою терору, проти якого поліція безсильна. Злочинна організація, відома як «Вампіри», здійснює погроми, вбивства, пограбування, викрадення. Всі їх дії цілеспрямовані та нахабні. Про банду нічого не відомо окрім того, що очолює її Великий Вампір і його зваблива подруга Ірма Веп.
