Сюжет
Селище Тепеджік, 60-і роки. Два підлітки з невеликого селища ходять щодня на роботу в місто. Мохмед підробляє у мудрого продавця кавунів, а Ресипу доводиться терпіти знущання тирана-перукаря. Цих двох хлопців зв'язує пристрасна любов до кінематографа. Вони ходять в магазини, придивляються до техніки, необхідної для створення фільмів, читають журнали і намагаються навчитися цьому складному мистецтву. В той же час хлоп'ята захоплені дівчатами.
