The school year starts with lots of kitchen utensils and a rescue mission for Nesrin, Annika and Marlon, while Noah is happy to be back at boarding school.
Maxi will do anything to get to Einstein. Massuda is looking for help to get better grades, and Tahmina isn't making any new friends for the time being.
Colin makes a decision that Joel doesn't like. While Nesrin and Annika plan their joint modules, Reena finds herself helpless in the school garden.
Noah doesn't allow any feelings and Leon feels let down by Io. Karl, who simply can't score with Maxi, also feels left behind.
While Karl makes Zech's class laugh, Annika searches for her "artistic self". Noah messes up a presentation with Ava.
Elly plans an impromptu birthday party for Joshua. Leon doesn't feel like celebrating, he is plagued by longing, and Tahmina tries to keep a promise.

Einstein's school trip goes to the Stasi records archive. Ms. Miesbach deals with the topic of GDR flight and Ava works on a presentation about sports.
Tahmina is on the trail of the next part of the treasure map and Massuda gives everything for good grades. Elly feels superior to her brother for the first time.
Ava and her brother Patrick are the perfect dance team. Another piece of the treasure hunt is discovered, and Nesrin explores her feelings.
