A quiet and bare documentary; one where words almost don't exist. A reflection on the essence, atmosphere and life surrounding a large group of sick and disabled people living at the Cottolengo in Barcelona. Without too many explanations, Javier and Santiago, two activists who spend 24 hours a day with these people, show us what is most important in life: to help the other. Without egos, without rules, but accepting their helplessness and limitations, they give us fifty minutes which resonate as a tribute to peace. Peace at the heart of a place where one would never expect to find it. Because what would one expect from a place where there is nothing but sickness and suffering...?
