Two gay men on a date are murdered the night before Halloween in West Hollywood, California. Eddie and his friends Joey, Chaz and Tobey are going out the following night to the West Hollywood Halloween festival when they encounter the psycho, who sets his eye on them. The killer stalks them through the festival as Chaz parties, Joey chases his jock crush, Tobey tries dressing in drag, and Eddie pursues Jake, the bad boy he wants to get to know better. Not until the very end do you find out who dies and who survives their night of terror.

Сюжет

Eddie Torres and 'J.C.' Williams are two detectives of the 4th precinct of New York City. In their job they fight against the worst of the society infiltrated like the bandits who try to stop. Their honesty and good making shocks against the lawless world of the criminals and the lawyers who serve to the own criminals. In their work they have the help of their boss, Lt. Virginia Cooper, a hard character woman who knows the streets like no one that she cares that their agents don't use illegal ways in their cases, at the same time that she watches other couple of good agents, Tommy McNamara and Nina Moreno, who often times they work with Torres and Williams. All together try to clean the streets of the criminal plague that invade the city.

In the late 1960s, two hippies are forced to leave their friends as they are wanted by the FBI, who see them as criminals. They hide in the jungle for 20 years, secluded from the outside war. In the late 1980s, they find out that a secret war is about to start in the US, and decided to return to New York to tell someone about it. What they find when they return is that all of their fellow hippies have become rich yuppies, like everyone else, and that no one wants to save the world anymore -- they just want to buy it.
