Сюжет

Сценаристом фільму виступив відомий актор, колишній сканер Майкл Айронсайд. У цій тюремній драмі він грає антисоціального типа, що потрапив у в'язницю за розстріл поліцейської машини. У в'язниці його включають до програми реабілітації - він повинен доглядати за дуже важкими психічно хворими в лікарні. Йому дістається Бред Дуріф, що має великий досвід по «Хтось пролетів над гніздом зозулі». Є у фільмі і ходи, практично запозичені з «Зозулі». Володіючи загостреним почуттям справедливості Айронсайд наживає великі проблеми у в'язниці, і єдиною його віддушиною стає робота в лікарні і відповідальна за цю програму чорношкіра дівчина Рей Дон Чонг. Vinnie Terranova does time in a New Jersey penitentiary to set up his undercover role as an agent for the OCB (Organized Crime Bureau) of the United States. The show follows secret agent Angus MacGyver, played by Richard Dean Anderson, who works as a troubleshooter for the fictional Phoenix Foundation in Los Angeles and as an agent for a fictional United States government agency, the Department of External Services. Educated as a scientist, MacGyer served as a Bomb Team Technician/EOD during the Vietnam War. Resourceful and possessed of an encyclopedic knowledge of the physical sciences, he solves complex problems with everyday materials he finds at hand, along with his ever-present duct tape and Swiss Army knife. He prefers non-violent resolutions and prefers not to handle a gun, but will if necessary.
