Stipan is a policeman who comes to small Adriatic island off the Croatian coast in order to investigate reported strange phenomena that had frightened the whole population. At first, nobody wants to co-operate with him, but he finally finds that the island is being allegedly haunted by the ghost of Josip Broz Tito, Communist leader of former Yugoslavia. For Luka, the mayor, this is the opportunity to turn entire island into Tito-themed amusement park. Tito's WW2 veterans, on the other hand, don't believe in ghosts; for them, the apparition is actually Tito himself, who had returned in order to lead them into a new revolution which would restore Communism.

Цей мультфільм - продовження такої відомої казки "Магічний ліс". Веселе і щасливе життя мешканців Чудесного лісу порушено вторгненням небезпечних і безжальних північних ворогів - крижаного Царя Морозомора і відданих йому Чарівників - Льодяників. Ніхто не може протистояти злому чарівництву - цар і його слуги все перетворюють на лід, лише під Чарівним деревом в самій гущавині Лісу можна сховатися від їхніх чар. І тільки маленький боязкий гном - чарівник Паличка, добре знайомий нам як слуга злого Царя Кактуса, а зараз захисник Магічного лісу і головний позитивний персонаж, в змозі щось зробити, щоб зупинити переможну ходу Морозомора і не дати перетворити Ліс у музей крижаних фігур. А допомагають йому в цьому наші старі знайомі - бобер Сміливець, ведмідь Мате , їжачки: До, Ре і Мі та інші нові кумедні персонажі. Лише зібравши воєдино всі сили, друзі зможуть протистояти злу.

Казка минулого століття, яка надихає любов'ю і добротою до природи, до лісу і до всього живого на землі. Події мультфільму розгортаються в мальовничому лісі, в який одного разу прийшов Палітр - художник, головний герой історії. Його мета була намалювати дивовижний пейзаж надзвичайної природи і після декількох годин, старанної роботи, він вирішив відпочити, тому розмістився під великим дубом. Дуб цей виявився не простим, а чарівним і у сні наділив художника умінням спілкуватися з тваринами і особливими зробив кісточки його.
Сюжет
