Жюнона й Абель - літня подружня пара. На Різдво їхні діти повинні зібратися під дахом рідної домівки всі разом уперше за шість років. Старша дочка Елізабет приїжджає зі своїм замкнутим і нетовариським сином Полем. Анрі, паршива вівця в сімействі, привозить коханку. Молодший з синів Іван прибуває з відданою дружиною Сильвією та двома дітьми. Ще очікується племінник Симон, син померлого брата Жюнони.
