Берлін, 1940 рік, білявці з арійською зовнішністю забороняють виконувати джаз. Блискуча кар'єра вмить руйнується через те, що Стелла з єврейської родини. Усі спроби сім'ї емігрувати до Америки лишаються марними. Згодом, коли гестапо починає відкрите полювання, родина потрапляє в пастку. Під тиском дівчина укладає «угоду з дияволом» і погоджується стати агенткою нацистів. Заради власного порятунку вона втирається в довіру до євреїв, які переховуються, та здає їх гестапо. Кожен робить свій вибір, але на совісті цього «янгола смерті» майже 3000 жертв…Сюжет
