The leaders of other gangs discover these plans and eliminate the leader of the Scorpions causing his son to flee for his life. Meanwhile, the turf is taken over by Dragon, the Big Boss, who plots to eliminate the other gang leaders-one by one. But Raymond must return to the village to avenge the death of his father and fight for control. Who will become the new leader of the village?
