Слевіну не щастить. Будинок опечатаний, дівчина пішла до іншого. Його друг Нік виїжджає з Нью-Йорка і пропонує Слевіну пожити в порожній квартирі. В цей час крупний кримінальний авторитет на прізвисько Бос хоче розібратись з своїм колишнім партнером Раббі за вбивство сина. Цю брудну справу Бос вирішує доручити своєму давньому боржнику Ніку. Шестірки Боса вриваються до Слевіна і, прийнявши його за Ніка, вимагають прибрати сина Раббі. Слевіну нічого не залишається, як закрити борг друга.
