Bangkok-based bike-racer Sameer Singh gets in debt with Gulshan, and flees to the Bahamas to live with his brother, Sagar, and his live-in girlfriend, Mona. But Gulshan catches up with him, allegedly kills Nikki, who Sameer loves, and forcibly abducts Mona. In order to return the money, the duo, along with Aarav Malhotra, decide to scour the bottom of the ocean for a ship 'Lady in Blue' that was sunk on purpose in July 1949. An encounter with the team kills Vasu, and some of the team gets suspended. A vengeful Vishnu decides to target the entire police unit as well as their respective families, and vows that he will not rest until he has killed them all. He starts with brutally killing Mahesh and his wife, Rachna, and then abducts Atul's wife, Swati - with a motive of forcing the former to do away with the remainder of this police team.

The police version is quite different from that of Vidyadhar, and they claim that Amar and Jenny were involved in smuggling drugs, a fight ensued, and Amar was killed. Subsequently, two men are killed in a police encounter, after confessing that they had killed Amar over a fight over drugs. Then Jenny is arrested for possession of drugs and lodged in a cell. She is subsequently released, and returns home to London. The trial begins and ends with the judgment that Harshvardhan is not guilty, leaving Vidyadhar and Sumitra questioning whether Amar & Jenny were really involved in drugs, or is it all being made to appear that he was.

Melbourne-based Samir Khanna meets with an orphan, Raina, both fall in love, get married, and live harmoniously until Samir loses his job. Differences crop up between the two so much so that when Samir asks her to live with his Delhi-based parents, she refuses and stays on in Melbourne, while he re-locates to Singapore. He does fairly well financially and returns back home - only to find that Raina is about to get married to an Airport Cafe employee by the name of Aakash.

8 X 10 revolves around Jai, a man who has the power to see into the past. He uses this power to help people even though using it nearly kills him every time. When his father, Jatin, dies in a mysterious boating accident, Jai's suspicion is aroused by the appearance of an oddball detective, Happi. The only article that can help him in his investigation is an 8 X 10 photograph taken just minutes before the accident by his mother Savitri that shows Jatin surrounded by his best friend and lawyer, Anil, his adopted son, Adit and younger brother, Sundar. Jai decides to use this photograph to go into the past to unravel the mystery surrounding Jatin's death. As he discovers clues he realizes that his father was actually murdered and that everyone on the boat had a motive. Now on a mission to unmask the killer, he undertakes the dangerous journey of visiting the past repeatedly. A cat and mouse game ensues, with the killer outwitting Jai at every turn. As the bodies pile up and time begins to run out, Jai ventures into the photo one last time with the killer on his heels. Does Jai discover who the killer is? Will the killer get him before the truth is uncovered? Does he get out of the photo in time before it is destroyed?
