Scott Pelley reports on a city walking a fine line between easing the devastating economic consequences of lockdown and the potential uptick in infections and deaths it could cause. </p><p><b>Failure to Protect</b> – An Oklahoma law created to protect children from abuse punishes people deemed guilty of failing to stop the abuse. But Sharyn Alfonsi finds the cases of over a dozen women who were more severely punished than the men who did the abusing. </p>
