Сюжет

Фільм заснований на реальних подіях і знятий за спогадами колишніх ув'язнених. Льотчики ВПС США, збиті над В'єтнамом в період з 1963 по 1974 роки, потрапляли до в'язниці Хоало в Ханої. У їх числі опинився і капітан-лейтенант Вільямсон. Harriet Blossom, the lonely wife of a workaholic brassiere manufacturer, breaks her sewing machine and ends up in bed with the repairman, a mechanic from one of her husband's factories.
