Тереса Енн Савой — італійська акторка британського походження.
У 1971 році виїхала з Лондона в Сицилію разом з групою хіпі. У жовтні 1973 року фотографії Терези Енн Савой з'явилися в італійському варіанті чоловічого журналу "Playmen".
У 1974 році дебютувала в ролі Клотільди в комедії режисера Альберто Латтуада "Буду їй як батько". Виконала головні ролі у фільмах видатного угорського режисера Міклоша Янчо "Приватні пороки, громадські чесноти" (баронеса Мері Ветсера, ... 1976) і "Серце тирана або Бокаччо в Угорщині" (Каталіна, 1981).
Тереза Енн Савой грала у фільмах скандального режисера Тінто Брасса - "Салон Кітті" (Маргеріта, 1975) та "Калігула" (Друсілла, 1979).
