Організація СМЕРШ може порушити існуючу глобальну рівновагу. Щоб цього не сталося розвідки світу вирішили повернути на службу секретного агента 007 (Девід Найвен), проти якого діє ціла армія жінок–агентів, ілюзіоніст (Орсон Веллс), що грає в Казино Рояль у Бакару та невротик з манією величі і глава СМЕРШу (Вуді Аллен). 'Passionate Discourse' shows two clay figures romantically intertwined, and the problems with dealing with the end product of their passion, while 'Exhaustive Discussion' shows two animated heads playing a bizarre variant of the old scissors-paper-stone game.
