Токіо. Найближче майбутнє. У місті панує жорстоке зло - якийсь Леві Ра створив Демонічне місто в Шінджюку, в самому серці Токіо - і він не збирається зупинятися на досягнутому! Його мета - знищити всю планету, і залишилося лише три дні до втілення його планів!Роками ніхто не насмілювався переступити смердючий рів, який Ра і його банда, що складається з вуличних бандитів, монстрів і інших покидьків, побудували навколо Демонічного міста. Зневірившись урятувати свого батька, молода, прекрасна Саяка Рама вербує на свою сторону Кьою, досвідченого токійського підлітка. Двоє хоробро вирушають до Демонічного міста, де зустрічають загадкового персонажа на ім'я Мефісто, чиї зцілюювальні сили врятували їх від смерті.
