6.2 Сюжет
Неймовірна міць армії Ксеркса, підім'явши під себе могутніх спартанців, рухається далі. Наступне місто на їхньому шляху — Афіни. Афіни теж не збираються здаватися, до того ж у них є один з найпотужніших флотів, яким керує Фемістокл. Але оскільки армія Ксеркса могутня й на суші, і на воді, Афіни просять допомоги у своїх противників — спартанців. Також будуть показані основні конфлікти, що відбулися при Саламіні й Марафоні. Так само сюжет розкриє деякі подробиці з минулого Ксеркса, як саме він прийшов до статусу "Божественного короля".

Використовуючи потаємний хід, у кімнату фон Гольтіца в готелі «Ле Меріс», розташованому на вулиці Ріволі, вдається проникнути шведському дипломату Раулю Нордлінґу, який намагається переконати генерала зберегти Париж для майбутніх поколінь.

Pomme and Pierre have been together a long time. Passion and spontaneity have given way to predictability and cold shoulders. On a hike together one afternoon, Pomme declares her independence by deciding to stay in the woods rather than return to an underwhelming life with Pierre. Pierre tries to get back to normal, despite his worry over her whereabouts and the indelible sense that he's missing his better half. Meanwhile, Pomme begins an extended meditation in the forest on where her own life should go next, with or without Pierre. In the end, both are left to contemplate the strength and meaning of each other's commitment.
