Параска Плитка-Горицвіт залишила 150 своїх рукописних і віддрукованих на машинці книжок під назвою «Подарунок рідному краєві». Вона творила і плекала гуцульський фольклор, була оповідачем гуцульського життя.
Після 10 років таборів на Уралі та Казахстані за співпрацю з ОУН -УПА, у 1954 році Параску Плитку-Горицвіт звільнили за амністією неповнолітніх. Тоді їй було 27. Вона повернулась у рідну Криворівню, оселилась в окремій хатині, що слугувала ковальнею батька, в одній маленькій кімнатці. Згодом тато добудував їй ще одну кімнату.
