Продовження фільму "Гармати з острова Наварон".Американський полковник Майк Барнсбі (Гаррісон Форд) розробляє план нанесення несподіваного удару по ворогу. Його мета – підірвати один з життєво важливих для нацистів стратегічних об'єктів – міст у Юґославії. Проте, для успішного виконання задуманого полковнику необхідно не тільки сприяння місцевих партизанів, але й допомога спецпідрозділу десанту "Загін 10", який щойно переможно завершив свою місію в Наварон. До участі в операції підключаються майор Кейт Меллорі та його друг-підривник сержант Дастін Міллер.
