Kavya is unattainable for Humpty initially, which makes her even more endearing to him, but being a Delhi boy, he is not one to give up so easily. With some help from his two best friends, he finds out all about her, and through an interesting turn of events (including a ploy to save Kavya's friend Gurpreet's marriage), they start growing closer to each other. The more time they spend with each other, their love-hate banter grows, but their chemistry is apparent. They are both different, yet very similar as people. They are young, feisty and carefree, and it's the spurge of life which attracts them to each other. As per plan, once Kavya's trip ends, she heads back to Ambala, knowing very well that her father, the very strict yet loving Mr. Singh, would never accept her love for Humpty. Raj is a simple looking, geeky guy who is made fun of because of the way he looks. He meets Priya (Ayesha Takia) who has just returned from London and together they form a relationship. One day while passing by Raj sees his father's old car in a scrap yard. He buys the car and transforms it into "Tarzan", a futuristic looking car that he builds in memory of his father. The car has a life of its' own and soon becomes a killing machine, taking revenge on the men who killed Devesh. The suspicion falls on Raj and he becomes the prime suspect. While visiting Raj's home, Priya's father sees a photo of Devesh and Raj and realizes who Raj is. Priya's father is one of the men who killed Raj's father. He forbids Priya from seeing Raj and decides to send her back to London. The climax of the movie is where you learn that Devesh's spirit controls the car and he cannot move on to the after world unless he gets revenge and his family learns the truth about his death. After he accomplishes both tasks, his soul is free and he moves on. Raj and Priya unite and all ends well.

Crime has taken its toll heavily on Mumbai city; with the police force restricted by the norms of the law. Unable to witness this the police commissioner, Samar Singh decides to appeal to his superiors and seniors for permission to conduct a shoot at sight mission for all criminals. Thus Assistant Commissioner of Police Arjun Ranawat and his college Haider Ali Khan is assigned to head the crew as they go about bringing all criminals to justice. When the gangs are speculated this trigger international terrorist, Zafar Supari who takes help from a corrupt Minister Khashi Trevadi to put extreme pressure on Samar Singh. Soon Khashi Trevadi takes up the Chief Minister post forcing Samar Singh to tender his resignation with immediate effect. Then there is a show-down when inspector Haider Ali is murdered and is accused of having connection with the terrorists and ISI agents forcing Arjun to take a stand - but situations only frustrates him to the extent of revolting by murdering all corrupt high-ranking public personalities. Then Arjun is arrested by the police; his case is called up in a court of law where-by there are many charges lay on him - one of them involves having an illicit relationship with his very own sister, Rakhi Dixit. With Trevadi still in the port-folio it certainly looks like Arjun will get a life sentence.

Siddharth , Omi and Jai are close friends and room mates who are studying at Delhi University. Siddharth has completed M.A in Economics and is preparing for PhD. Siddharth is very studious and spends most of his time with books whereas Omi and Jai are busy in chasing girls, watching movies or dramas; only common thing among them is smoking. One day Omi and Jai see a girl who is new to their neighborhood and try to impress her by their tricks; they give up when both of them experience shameful events. After some days, Neha shows up as Chamko washing powder salesgirl to their flat, upon seeing whom Jai and Omi hide quickly. Siddharth sees Neha for the first time and a love story begins. But when his two friends find out, they decide to put an end to their relationship as a revenge to the embarrassment inflicted upon them by the girl. Initially they succeed in separating Siddharth and Neha but later on repent when they find that Siddharth lost his interest in work and study and also likely to end his life. Finally they decide to reunite both. The parallel plot runs between Omi, Jai, Siddharth and Lallan Miyan. Lallan Miyan is the local shopkeeper who sells Cigarettes to Omi and Jai on credit. But as students don't clear his debts, Lallan Miyan tries to follow-up with them to get their dues. A spate of kidnapping (especially of young girls) has started in Delhi. One fine day Omi and his friends along with Neha's grandmother plan to stage a fake kidnapping and get married. But unfortunately she is kidnapped by the real gang and the duo is left in a lurch. The later part of the story revolves how they clear the confusion that she has been in fact kidnapped by real thugs and how she is rescued.
