Сюжет
Колись давно в Японії спалахнула громадянська війна, де на смерть зійшлися два столичних регіони: Канто, де розташоване Токіо, і Кансай, де знаходиться Кіото. Ту давню війну Кансай програв, і, прийнявши капітуляцію, перейшов у підпорядкування Канто. Тільки от не всі змирилися з поразкою, і поступово Кансай став виходити з-під контролю управління і поліції Канто. І Акудама, відоме злочинне угруповання, є основним ідейним натхненником цього протистояння.
