Серіал розповість про простого фермера, який мешкає у Вайомінгу. Його життя не здається простим, адже сама по собі робота у чоловіка складна, а тут ще й неприємності ззовні: головний герой змушений захищати себе, свою сім'ю та свої землі від зовнішніх ворогів, які готові вбити тих, хто дізнається про їхні секрети. Здається, що на території поблизу ферми мешкають люди, прихильні до якоїсь божевільної секти. До того ж, поліція веде розслідування жорстокого вбивства, яке сталося в цих краях. Так уже вийшло, що перед чоловіком розкрилася таємниця довколишніх територій, яка активно ховалась від усіх. Тепер з новими знаннями головний герой навряд чи зможе вплинути на баланс у країні, проте вже знайшлися ті, хто відкрив на героя полювання, щоб той не розповів про прилеглі території та їхні таємниці.
