Сюжет
Професор економіки Волтер Вейл по справах відправляється в Нью-Йорк, а по поверненню виявляє у своїй квартирі пару нелегальних емігрантів — Тарека і Зайнаб — їм нікуди податися, і Волтер дозволяє їм залишитися, поки не знайдуть житло. Зайнаб не довіряє Волтеру, але врешті саме до нього вона звертається за допомогою, коли Тарек опиняється в поліції — йому, як незаконному емігрантові, загрожує депортація, а Волтер виявляється єдиним, хто може допомогти...
