Під час чемпіонату світу з футболу 2006 року британська сім'я втрачає у Франції свого маленького сина посеред футбольної вакханалії, яка творилася на вулицях з нагоди фіналу. Це руйнує їх шлюб, і незабаром дружина знаходить собі нового чоловіка.
