4.0 Сюжет
Потужний землетрус розбудив підземних мешканців містечка Санта-Міра. Стривожені змії виповзли на волю, кусаючи всіх, хто не звик дивитися під ноги. Доктор Девід Хеннінг надає допомогу жертвам укусів, але незабаром вони починають умирати від невідомої хвороби. Таємничий вірус миттєво поширюється містом, не щадячи нікого. Влада в паніці, і тільки Девід здогадується, що винуватці смертоносної епідемії - невловимі гримучі змії. Однак військові прийняли рішення — Санта-Міра потрібно стерти з лиця землі, і тепер у Девіда є всього пара годин, щоб урятувати приречених співгромадян і викрити злочинну змову спецслужб, що прагнуть за всяку ціну замести сліди своїх таємних експериментів.
