Інженер Гвідо винаходить рецепт особливо міцного скла. Володарі ювелірних лавок щасливі - їх товар відтепер в безпеці. Злодії і нальотчики в траурі - таке скло неможливо розбити. Щоб з'ясувати таємницю чудо-винаходу і якось нейтралізувати інженера, до нього підсилають чарівну дівчину. Вона - професійна злодійка, винаходи Гвідо заважають їй працювати. Проте встояти перед чарівливістю відчайдушного інженера не зможе навіть вона.
