У 2007 році, на тлі посухи та гострої нестачі води, уряд штату Новий Південний Уельс оголосив про плани зібрати та переробити мільйони літрів води, що скупчилася в покинутих залізничних тунелях під самим центром Сіднея. Однак несподівано цей проєкт було скасовано, і причини залишилися нерозкритими. З'явилися чутки про зникнення безпритульних, які знайшли прихисток у тунелях, хоча влада стверджувала, що таких випадків немає. Це, разом із мовчанням чиновників, змусило журналістку Наташу почати власне розслідування можливої урядової змови. Разом зі своєю командою — продюсером Пітом, оператором Стівом і звукорежисером Танглсом — вона вирушає дослідити таємниці тунелів.Сюжет
