Фільм розповідає про пригоди двох безтурботних курців, які випадково зустрічаються і вирішують поїхати до Мексики у фургоні, повністю затареному марихуаною. Вони не знають, що фургон побудований з використанням коноповолокон – сильнодійного сорту конопель. Подорожуючи на південь, вони потрапляють у різні комедійні ситуації, стикаються з правоохоронцями та музичними конкурсами.
