Неугамована спрага до пригод приводить юного Ішмаеля на борт величного китобійного судна «Пікуад», який вже багато років борознить бурхливий океан під командуванням безстрашного капітана Ахаба.Сміливий хлопець мріє пережити незвідане, але він не підозрює, що йому належить стати свідком жорстокого і безжального протистояння грізного капітана і могутнього білого кита по прізвиську «Мобі Дік», який багато років тому зробив Ахаба калікою.
Сюжет
