Та на жаль, шкільний клуб аніме закрили через малу кількість учасників. Онода усіма силами намагається навернути школярів до цього клубу. Його новий однокласник Імаїдзумі Шюнске пропонує парі: якщо Онода приїде швидше за нього до школи по схилу, то Імаїдзумі вступить до його анімешного клубу. Імаїдзумі тренувався стати велосипедистом з дитинства, то ж одразу видно професіоналізм, а Онода лише на міському велосипеді і їздив.
