Один з них - наймана вбивця на ім’я Ізо. Він знаходиться на службі у правителя князівства Тоса, що виступило проти будинку Токугава.
Ізо вбиває безліч самураїв сьогуна, але потрапляє в полон і вмирає болісною смертю.
