Кілька вчених вирішують використати останні досягнення науки в цілях наживи. Вони оживляють трупи і змушують їх грабувати банки, адже одного разу померлому вже не страшні кулі. Ніхто не може зупинити живих мерців. Вони безперешкодно грабують банки. Єдиний спосіб припинити це неподобство - притягнути до відповідальності не мерців, а тих, хто ними керує. Поліцейський, що намагається це зробити, сам в результаті стає ожилим мерцем, проте навіть після смерті він пам'ятає про службовий обов'язок.

A drug dealer shoots a corrupt police officer. Though the drug dealer admits his guilt, he pleads self-defense. His lawyer, Roland Dalton, and renegade loner NYPD narcotics agent Richie Marks, pursue evidence in his favor. They encounter difficulties from other corrupt police officers, drug dealers, and various street scum. Dalton's life is further complicated by the fact that the prosecuting attorney is a former lover.

Just when you think it's hit rock bottom it reaches for a new low you didn't think possible and begins to dig add and yet the music continues to dig this in to an ever deepening pit from which you will never get your time back.
