Агент ФБР (Сігал), назвавшись інспектором із захисту навколишнього середовища, розслідує вбивство свого колеги, скоєне найманцями, що працюють на корумпованого чиновника, який таємно займається утилізацією токсичних відходів... Спроба Сігала замаскувати актуальною екологічною тематикою відсутність сюжету, режисури і – головне – динаміки провалилася. Йому навіть битися як слід цього разу було лінь, тому бійки побудовано за принципом вдарив – впав.
