I quattro figli della signora Flynn si riuniscono a Glasgow, nella casa materna, in occasione dei funerali della madre, morta di recente. L'indomani mattina ci sarà la cerimonia funebre e, mentre un violento temporale si abbatte sulla città , i congiunti si preparano a trascorrere una notte molto difficile. І, якщо одні унікуми проповідують шлях правди й щастя, то інші унікуми намагаються їм у цьому серйозно перешкодити. Так і борються постійно на Землі сили добра й зла.Добро в нашім фільмі персоніфікує Махараджа. По п'ятах за ним йде його супротивник Ранвір - представник темних сил. І тільки Шайлі неможливо визначити з першого погляду - так їй хочеться й гарного й поганого одночасно.
