У стародавні часи, коли Землею правили боги, людство шукало захисника і героя, здатного протистояти їх могутності і підступності. Ним став Геркулес - син Зевса і смертної жінки Алкмени, що володів небаченою силою і добрим серцем. Мандруючи світом, він завжди там, де потрібна його допомога. Дізнавшись, що жорстока богиня Гера наслала негоду на далеку Трою, Геркулес відправляється на пошуки потерпілого міста.
