Група ентузіастів, що називає себе "АЛЬПИ", наймає себе в якості замінників нещодавно померлих людей. Вони з'являються в будинку померлого, переодягаються в одяг зниклої людини і переймають характерні звички та розмови, поки сім'я не звикне до думки про смерть. Незважаючи на суворий кодекс поведінки, одна з чотирьох поступово починає стосунки з клієнтом, ризикуючи всім.

Головний герой намагається заробити грошей, щоб звільнити з в'язниці людину, яка колись врятувала йому життя. Для Страто це питаня честі. Коли ж гроші нарешті зібрано, все піде шкереберть.
