Події розгортаються в Індії 1920-х років під владою Британського раджу. Двоє легендарних революціонерів — Комарам Бхім і Аллурі Сітарама Раджу — вирушають у небезпечні місії, керуючись власними мотивами. Один із них — безстрашний воїн, який прагне врятувати викрадену дівчинку, інший — дисциплінований офіцер, що служить колоніальній владі. Не знаючи справжніх намірів одне одного, вони несподівано стають друзями. Та коли їхні приховані цілі й вірність різним сторонам виходять назовні, дружба опиняється під загрозою.
