У всіх трьох сегментах головні герої потрапляють в комічні ситуації. У першому італійська компанія, чекаючи приїзду японського інженера, направляє як його гіда свою співробітницю, але потім з'ясовується, що інженер - жінка. У другому водій вантажівки на прохання сусідки прикидається її чоловіком на якийсь час, поки батьки з Сицилії наносять дівчині візит. У третьому театральному режисерові уготоване складне завдання порушити шлюбні плани його танцівниці, щоб вона залишилася в трупі.
