Roger Rabbit once again is chosen for the dangerous task of babysitting Baby Herman and everything is going to be just fine. "Not like last time!!" The inside of the house is full of insane ghosts and ghouls, so the frog requests the usage of a telephone.There IS a telephone, but it's in the basement, and a smartly-dressed lizard advises him not to go down there. This he does through song, as performed by the Mystical Knights of Oingo Boingo, and we have a mini-music video segment showing the lizard harassing the two frogs throughout various locations around the house.
The frog, using his "Nut Detector", figures that the house is full of nuts - literally. All of the ghosts, goblins and monsters drop their skins to reveal themselves as a variety of different nuts and legumes. Whilst some of them are stopped by nutcrackers or chased off by squirrels, a lot of them get angry and start chasing the frog, so him and the she-frog go into the basement and board ...

Happenstance throws them together and their mutual resemblence inspires the pair to switch identities to see how the other lives. To their surprise, Mickey learns of the duties and responsibilties of royalty while the Prince learns to his horror that the Royal Captain of the Guard has taken advantage of the existing power vacuum to inflict brutal tyranny on the subjects. Now the Prince must react to this evil, unaware that the Captain knows about the identity swap and is using it to his own advantage while dominating Mickey who play the Heir to the Throne.
